REGULAR CHECK-IN : 4-10pm

 

EARLY CHECK-IN: 9am for $80 (based on availability)..

 

LATE-CHECK-IN: All Check-Ins after 10pm must read the instructions provided carefully and if any questions should arise, let us know before 6pm. We do not have a Front Desk at the property, however the instructions given should be sufficient for our self check in policy. 

 

REGULAR CHECK-OUT: 11am.

 

LATE CHECK-OUT:  until 2pm for $80 (based on availability).

Booking Policies

​

PAYMENTS

A deposit of 50% of the booking total is required. This deposit will be refunded if cancelled within the next 4 days of making the reservation, if the reservation is made ahead of time (at least 30 days in advance). If the reservation is made 2 weeks or less prior to the arrival date, the reservation will be fully charged and in case of cancellation the total amount of the reservation will be applied. We accept Payments by STRIP at the web page directly

CANCELLATIONS

If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made. If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. All Cancellations must be made via email.

CHILDREN

Kids must be able to fit in the apartment you have selected without exceeding the maximum amount of people for the unit

​

PETS

One dog per room (up to 50 lbs). Please note that the guest must recover any presents left by their pet and throw it at the garbage cans (usually located at front of the buildings)

BACKUP GENERATORS

We have back up generators for buildings in 1503 Loiza, 1502 Las Marias and 1504 Las Marias., Please let us know when the power is out so we can pass by and turn it on. Since sometimes power goes out just for an hour we will pass by around the hour of the power being out to turn it on in case the power has not come back

KEY FEE

We charge a fee of $50 for lost keys until 6pm. After 6pm the guest will have to cover the expenses for the locksmith and a penalty of $25.00.

SMOKING

La Mona Loiza is a 100% non-smoking property. A $500 smoking fee will be billed to your account if smoking occurs in your apartment.

PHOTO & VIDEO SHOOTS

Video recordings or photo shoots are not permitted unless arranged prior to arrival. This includes engagements, weddings, personal or professional websites, etc.
